This is my weekly update for the Metro Phoenix/Scottsdale real estate market. I look at the statistics of today’s market, available listings, Pending listings and Sold for the week. This week I spent most of the time discussing the possibility and likeness of hitting a bottom in the real estate market here in Phoenix.
